Hey Guys!
So as you know we recently started reading The Pearl (first reading assignment due today!)
So what do you guys think of it so far? I like it so far, I think the cover design is the best yet. I really like that it's based on a folk tale.
The mood is also really interesting. The author has a way of putting pictures in your mind, and you can imagine the scenes so vividly!
Don't you think it's interesting that in the third chapter, right when the priest shows up the song of evil starts playing? I think that's really ironic!
I think the songs in general are really interesting...

My sister says that the book is really stupid but how can I trust her? So far it is ok. I really don't like the doctor. What about you?
Are you kidding??? The doctor is my HERO!!!! JUST KIDDING!!! I don't like him. at all.
I agree, so far it's ok, but it's supposed to end tragically and I'm not looking forward to that!!! =)
